The lesson covers about 4 hours and will focus on the preparation of 3 of the following pasta’s: Tagliatelle al Ragu’, Tortellini in Brodo, Lasagna, Cannelloni,Rosette Prosciutto e Besciamella, Macaroni al “pettine” with beans and sausages Ragu and pumkins tortelloni.
You will learn authentic techniques used for generations. Once home you will be able to display these new talents and expose your guest to the satisfying flavors of Modena cuisine.
